RESERVATIONS~

To schedule spa appointments, all guests are asked to provide a credit card number or gift card number at time of reservation.  If unable, guests must deliver a 50% deposit in the form of cash or check to hold the reservation.  Deposits will be refunded or applied towards services at time of rendering.

ARRIVALS~

Spa guests are asked to arrive fifteen minutes prior to scheduled service time in order to change into a robe, slippers and complete intake forms.  Late arrivals will receive scheduled services in lesser time if remaining time permits.  Otherwise guests will be required to reschedule services and may be required to prepay.  Guests who are repeatedly late or have no-showed an appointment will be asked to prepay future appointments.

GRATUITIES~

Gratuities can NOT be added to credit card or debit card transactions.  Gift cards can NOT be used towards gratuities.  Gratuities are only accepted in the form of cash or check.  Checks can be made payable to M Spa or the practitioner directly. Gratuities are usually accepted at the spa reception desk or may be handed by you directly to your professional.

CANCELLATIONS~

We ask that you notify us 24 hours in advance to reschedule or cancel a single service.  All multiple services or packages require a 48 hour cancellation.  Fifty percent of the value of your services will be charged to your credit card or deducted from your gift card if appointments are cancelled or rescheduled within less time.  All no shows will be charged in full.  If canceling during non-business hours please contact us at mspa@m-spa.com.

CHILDREN~

Our spa facility requires guests to be a minimum of sixteen years of age, unless parental permission is granted.  Children are allowed into the salon by appointment only.  Out of respect for other guests in our facility, we require that children not accompany you during your services.

RETURNED CHECKS~

All checks returned for non-sufficient funds are subject to a $25 fee.
