Specifically designed to help ease the stresses of child bearing. This massage uses techniques to reduce edema, back aches and exhaustion. Must be through first trimester.

Pregnancy Bellycasting
Create a cast in honor and celebration of the life growing within! Massage oil is applied over the belly, shoulders and breasts (if desired) followed with 3 layers of dampened plaster bandages. During the 15-minute drying period, light massage will be administered to other areas of the body. The cast is then lifted away and yours to take home!

Our certified professionals will personalize your massage using combinations of Swedish, Esalen and Deep Tissue techniques. Select from thirty, sixty and ninety minute durations. Aromatherapy may be added to any massage for $5.

Reiki
(Ray-Kee) is spiritually guided life force energy work. Reiki is subtle energy work, applying light touch holds along the body, assisting in the balancing of the body’s energy centers (also known as Chakra's). During this session, you will reach a deep level of relaxtion. Clients can remain fully clothed for this session.

Traditional Thai Massage
Experience relaxation of the body and tranquility of the mind. Thai massage is the balance of passive and active stretches combined with gentle movements to promote elimination of toxins in the muscles, improve circulation and increase flexibility.
